Why one of these is a one-off and two are monthly
Moving a site off WordPress is something you do once. Charging you every month for a job that finished in March would be charging you for nothing, so Pro is paid once, per site, and it stays yours: the export is a folder of files and a git repository, not a hosted thing we can switch off.
Studio and Agency exist because moving other people's sites is not a one-off — it is the job. Those are priced by how many sites a month, and nothing else changes: the same export, the same rebuild, the same everything Pro has.
What you keep if you stop paying
Everything you have already exported. A Wordprex export is a Next.js, Astro or plain-content project on your disk and in your repository — it runs on your hosting, with your database, and it has no call home in it. There is nothing for us to revoke.
The one thing with a clock on it is a preview link, which lasts 48 hours, and the copy of your export on our server, which is deleted at the same time. That is a promise rather than a limit: your site's pages — and on a shop, your orders and your customers — are not ours to keep.
